1. Send receive card parameters

(1) Open xmplayer → control → LED control setting → parameter setting → 888888 / dbstarred → refresh → check "search synchronization LED control device" → OK → import file → select RSPS file → send screen selection parameters → send and receive card queue parameters → confirm; Note: try not to click "send all parameters";

(2) If you are prompted that the hardware cannot be found, please connect the USB cable;

(3) If the sending card is still not found, please check "sending card not found / control system".

2. Check DVI cable

(1) Re plug the DVI cable and restart the computer;

(2) Replace the DVI cable and restart the computer.
